Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you disagree, please refrain from using this website. imaprestige.com reserves the right to modify these terms without notice.

1. Order AppRoval

Customers are fully responsible for approving the final proof and layout before printing. imaprestige.com is not liable for any errors in the final product caused by customer-approved issues such as spelling, graphics, grammar, fonts, or layout.

2. Copyright

You are prohibited from using unlicensed copyrighted materials, including works by photographers, artists, composers, and other creators. Reproduction of copyrighted content without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Customer Content and Responsibilities

All content submitted by you, the customer (including but not limited to text, data, images, graphics, messages, and other materials “Content”) is your sole responsibility. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You agree not to use our services to upload, post, send, or otherwise transmit any Content that:

1. Contains or promotes child exploitation, or is otherwise indecent, obscene, lewd, or offensive;
2. Includes threats of violence, harm to property or reputation, criminal accusations, blackmail, or similar coercive content;
3. Encourages or promotes treason, insurrection, or unlawful resistance against the laws of Canada or the United States;
4. Contains defamatory, abusive, or harassing language directed at individuals, organizations, or businesses;
5. Infringes upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of imaprestige.com or any third party.

Please note that imaprestige.com does not actively monitor all content submitted by customers and cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. By using our services, you understand that you may encounter materials you find offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will imaprestige.com be held liable for any such content.

All products and services provided by imaprestige.com are intended for personal use only. You agree not to use these services for any unauthorized marketing purposes, including but not limited to unsolicited advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. imaprestige.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

While we do not pre-screen content, imaprestige.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or refuse any Content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

Additionally, we reserve the right to preserve and disclose your Content if required by law, or if such action is necessary to:

Comply with legal obligations;
Enforce our terms of service;
Respond to claims of rights violations;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of imaprestige.com, its customers, or the public.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibilities as a customer.

4. Governing Law

Imaprestige.com, owned by Imaprestige Inc., is based in Quebec. Any legal disputes will be governed by Quebec law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imaprestige.com, including its licensors, suppliers, vendors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or use, even if imaprestige.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to all claims arising from or related to:

The use of, or inability to use, our website or services;
Any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, viruses, or system failures;
Any failure to deliver products or services that you have ordered;
Your misuse or unauthorized use of the website, services, or content.

Under no circumstances will imaprestige.com be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site in violation of these terms.

6. Indemnity

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend imaprestige.com and all parties from whom imaprestige.com has licensed portions of Content, along with their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use, or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporate into products.

7. Artwork & Graphics Submission

All designs, artwork, and images must be submitted in CMYK format. imaprestige.com will not be held liable for any color discrepancies resulting from the conversion of RGB to CMYK color modes. All designs, artwork, and images should be provided at a resolution of at least 300 DPI and in CMYK color mode. imaprestige.com is not responsible for prints that appear blurry, distorted, or pixelated due to the quality of the artwork provided by the customer.

8. Colour Proofing & Matching

imaprestige.com is not responsible for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customer. Screen proofs are intended to show design layout, text accuracy, image proportions, and placement, but not the final colour or density. While imaprestige.com will make every effort to match the gradient density of each colour, it cannot be held accountable for the final colour outcome. The application of laminations may alter or affect the appearance of the printed colours. imaprestige.com is not responsible for the final colour appearance of laminated products.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled by email within 8 hours or before production begins, subject to cancellation fees. No refunds are available for printing and graphic design services once an order has been placed.

10. Returns & Refunds

Since each order is custom and has no resale value, all sales are final. If we determine that an error was made on our part, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued. Customers must inform imaprestige.com of any defects in the ordered product within 5 business days of order acceptance; otherwise, the customer will be considered satisfied with the product. If a replacement is necessary, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 7 days (at their own expense) from the delivery date. All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are non-refundable, including for orders returned for any reason.

11. Order Shipping & Delivery

While imaprestige.com will make reasonable efforts to avoid delays in delivery schedules, imaprestige.com shall not be held liable for any consequential or other damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. imaprestige.com is not responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, courier delays, international customs issues, or any other external factors. Unexpected equipment failure, malfunctions, or technical issues may cause delays in the printing process. If a delay is caused by technical difficulties, rush charges or fees may be refunded or waived, where applicable. However, technical difficulties will not be grounds for order cancellation. Shipping rates for large quantity products depend on the customer’s access to a shipping dock and forklift; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

12. Incorrect Address

When a package is returned to imaprestige.com due to an error made by the customer in providing the correct shipping address, imaprestige.com will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the new shipment.

13. Credit Card Charges

We reserve the right to refuse service without providing a reason.

14. Links to Third-Party Sites

The links on this site may direct you to external websites. These linked sites are not under the control of imaprestige.com, and imaprestige.com is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link within a linked site, nor for any changes or updates to such sites. imaprestige.com is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. imaprestige.com provides these links solely for your convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by imaprestige.com of the site.

15. Colour Matching

Due to differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other factors between colour proofing and production press operations, some variation in colour between the proof and the final product is expected, unavoidable, and will be considered an acceptable delivery. imaprestige.com will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on the materials provided by the customer; however, imaprestige.com does not guarantee exact colour matching. Occasionally, colour discrepancies may occur due to soft proofing, as differences in monitor calibrations can lead to misrepresentations of colour.

16. Indemnification

The customer affirms ownership or publication rights to all artwork, photos, and other materials submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless imaprestige.com from any and all losses, costs, expenses, and damages arising from any claims, demands, actions, or proceedings that may be brought against imaprestige.com, on the grounds that the printing infringes upon any copyright or proprietary rights of any individual, or that it contains content that is defamatory, scandalous, or violates a person’s right to privacy or other personal rights, except to the extent that imaprestige.com contributed to the content. The customer agrees to promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action, or proceeding at their own expense, provided that imaprestige.com promptly notifies the customer of any such claims.

17. Refund Policy

If a refund is necessary, printed material must be returned at the customer’s expense within 7 days for inspection by our quality control team.

18. Payment Information

imaprestige.com retains credit card details securely for the purpose of processing payments and managing your orders. In addition to payment information, we also store details related to your order, including job specifics and shipping information. All stored data is protected with appropriate security measures in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

19. Delivery & Production Timeframes

Estimated delivery and production times are not guarantees. Properly formatted artwork is required for accurate timeframe adherence.
