Size and File Preparation

• Please provide all measurements in inches, measuring the width from the beginning to the end of the text and the height from the topmost to the bottommost point to ensure a perfect fit for your window lettering for offices & stores.
• Vinyl lettering is made with a vinyl cutter, not a printer. Instead of spraying dots of colour, the machine uses a small, precise blade to follow the mathematical lines in your vector file (AI, EPS, etc.). It cuts through a solid sheet of coloured vinyl, leaving only your design behind. This process ensures a clean, sharp result because it’s based on precise cuts, not image resolution.
• Choose a vinyl colour from our 10-colour library. For any special colour or finish (glossy or matte), visit the Oracal 651 website and enter the code number in the “Comment” section. Please allow a few extra days for processing special orders.
• Enter the first colour on the order form in the appropriate field, and continue for any additional colours.

File ready? Simply upload it—we accept PDF, JPG, AI, PNG, EPS, and TIF formats.

File not ready? No problem — it’s completely free:

• Select “Hire a Designer” and follow the steps in the order form. Our designers will create exactly what you need, then email you the final design for approval before we process your order.
